There were some great sessions at AgileOpen in San Francisco last
month, and one of the most interesting was with a man named III
(pronounced three) who didn't like to be photographed. He had a
partner, but it was III who seemed to be the best showman, the one
with the most character. He was older, with a pony tail. He was tall,
and at first, he acted like a helper. Doing lots of the ground work to
get things set up. A real servant leader.

His session was about "Agile Chartering", which was about getting a
project set up. Here was a sketch by an artist during the session:

He has only one article on the internet that is known - and it was
posted by one of the attendees: http://industriallogic.com/papers/Chartering.pdf

It might seem like overkill for what we're doing - but I do believe we
need to get some clarity about our mission and objectives and time
frame. From what I've heard, it's about a community managed
communication resource that give persistence, portability, and ease of
use. It should be easy for anyone to contribute, attractive,
professional looking... what else?

This didn't come up during the AgileOpen session - so we leave the
space of official open space - but Luke Hohman at Ethiosys came up
with an interesting game that could be useful to play, called
"Remembering the Future". http://www.innovationgames.com/the-games/Remember+the+Future
