Agents 3.7 Windows 10 never connected

Hi,

I'm trying to connect from agent to server but it show error below:

2023/06/16 11:29:33 ossec-agentd: INFO: Trying to connect to server 10.215.2.164, port 1514.
2023/06/16 11:29:33 INFO: Connected to 10.215.2.164 at address 10.215.2.164:1514, port 1514
2023/06/16 11:29:54 ossec-agentd(4101): WARN: Waiting for server reply (not started). Tried: '10.215.2.164'.

Note: I had troubleshoot with tcpdump and see the traffic send to server and verify authentication key is correct.
