Support for compiled (c-based) decoders

Hello 

i want to know that how can i use the compiled (c-based) decoders in ossec and subsequently in its rules. it is very interesting feature but i know nothing more about it. i also could not find any stuff on it from web.

I haven't documented it because I don't know anything about it, and
haven't had to try and use it.
I'm guessing Daniel Cid is probably the only person who really knows them.
