Sono Operatori Scientifici Subacquei (OSS) coloro che, in possesso di adeguati titoli certificanti la specifica formazione richiesta dal contesto operativo, svolgono immersioni scientifiche subacquee (ISS), ivi compresi gli studenti nell'ambito del loro percorso formativo scientifico subacqueo.
