My interview with Mr Bill Aylward (OpenEyes) - OpenSource EHR

Dear all,

Today I had the great pleasure of recording screencasts (coming soon on youtube!) and a 12-13 mins interview with Mr Bill Aylward who is a Consultant Ophthalmologist and brains behind the OpenEyes Opensource electronic patient record at Moorfields Eye Hospital and 13 satellite sites. 

Carl and I met Mr Aylward at EHI live 2011 and was quite blown away by the features that it had (I promise videos will be up soon!), and I always wanted to do an interview with him and publicise the great work he and his team is doing to the world.

Of course OpenEyes is Open Source and you can even play with the prototype webapps on the public website under the development tab.
