Question about management plan for osprey nest to exclude geese

Hello from Portland Oregon.  We have a large osprey platform pole with a nest on it. on the West bak of the Willamette River near downtown Portland.  We are nest #304 on Osprey Watch. The nest pole is documented on https://www.facebook.com/OspreySociety?ref=hl  

Unfortunately the  Canada geese have taken the nest site for the past two years.  We are looking for any management plans for placing a goose deterrent in the nest.  Do you know of any written plans.  We have heard back from Dr. Erik Greene  Missoula Montana.  Just wondered if you knew of any other locations who have such a plan?
