OSMRE: Its past, present and future

In 1978, The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (known as OSMRE or OSM) was formed within the U.S. Dept of the Interior by the Surface Mining Reclamation and Control Act (8/3/77). This is a group of past and present employees to tell The OSMRE Story, including its future.
