What is needed for a French interface to Vespucci?

If its just a matter of tranlation of strings I can probably provide that.

A tiny bit of the Canadian Government might be interested in using it but because of the bilingual requirements it would need to have a French interface as well as an English one.

The French translation of the app is fairly complete (and in use) see https://www.transifex.com/openstreetmap/vespucci/ Matter of fact It is actually only missing parts of the introduction text, the UI is complete.

On the other hand nearly nothing has been done with the presets (which are more important in 0.9.8 when that gets released): https://www.transifex.com/openstreetmap/presets/
