opensnowmap.org tiles

Hi there,

I know there is some people fond of downloading tiles packages here.
Although we have fantastic and lightweight vector data for Osmand, including for ski slopes, I nevertheless prepared tile packages from www.opensnowmap.org.

This is a transparent overlay that looks really great as an overlay, now that hillshading as its own overlay.

Rationale:
I know that sooner or later people will use tile downloaders to get the same thing from the tile-server at www.opensnowmap.org. So, before they break everything, and stupidly download billions of empty tiles, I prefer to offer this the safe way.
I plan to refresh them a few times a year.

Note 1: Of course world-ski.obf generation continue, it's still the best way to get ski pistes on a mobile.
Note 2: No, I wont split the tile packages further. You can use Mobac, and use the help on Mobac website to do it.
Note 3: No, there won't be tile packages further than z16 (that's already 1.6GB, you fool !)
