OsmandMapCreator help

i would like create a map for algeria because it's the only country of north Africa missing and i need it, i tried with OsmandMapCreator no help or tutorial available, i download the area, after that i got the Mapnik *.tile files on directory i would like create vectorial map to put it on the SD card but no option save or convert in the OsmandMapCreator.

if any one know something just tell me please, i would like if we can contact the dev to add Algeria in Africa countries like that it will be easy to get it, i had send email from the market i got no answer,

You can get Africa extract from
http://download.geofabrik.de/osm/africa.osm.pbf then use "Create .obf
from osm file for specified area" selected the file you have download
and draw the area on the map.

thank you very much for your help, i have done the map, it's was
little long but work very good and small size than to save all the
africa continent, i will save the link for future update Geofabrik.
