is it possible to SNAP TO ROAD when I drive around without a target location. I would be happy for a fast response.

If I remember our code correctly: No
Snap-to-road is an aid for the navigation mode and optically puts you on the road where OsmAnd thinks you are most likely on because it is the one for which the route is calculated.
But doing this without need in map viewing mode would, bluntly spoken, actually mean Osmand purposelessly 'lies' to you about your whereabouts ... :-)
