Hey guys
I'm new to Osmand and was wondering if it's possible to plan a trip on your laptop and download it to your phone afterwards. Haven't found information about that yet. Or is it only possible directly on the phone, using the "Measure distance" future?
Thanks so much for your feedback.
Cheers,
Lukas

Hi Lukas,
last year I used QMapShack to plan a trip on my PC (Linux) and managed
to transfer the GPX files for use in OSMAnd.
Cheers :o)

As noted, you can create a GPX elsewhere and import it into OsmAnd. But plotting it on OsmAnd itself will result in better turn-by-turn navigation. Here's a video on the subject: https://youtu.be/mMcw4kYmfPk
But use OsmAnd's regular plotting feature vie the directions button, the one with the arrow. If you save that to a GPX, the turn-by-turn directions will be much better. Here's another video: https://youtu.be/UXpvjE1vmbI
