Offline maps not loading in Osmand (Sqlite Db format)

When I found a coverage issue in Opesnstreet map for my area, I downloaded Google maps and converted the tiles to Sqlite Db using MOBAC.

I have now placed it in Sdcard/osmand/tiles.

But when I zoom in to that area, I get the message not able to load offline maps.

What could be the possible reason/what would be the work around.

 My SQLite Db name is custom.district.map.sqlitedb

 Does the naming affect the map loading in any way.
