I found information about getting navigating instructions on an Apple Watch at https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd-ios/pull/69/commits/7b8587054e4ea2f6ab99ba714f663f819dfbd0e4
but don't know where to start to get this working.
Anyone willing to help?
