Waypoint or POI and spoken information

Hi OsmAnd specialists:

 I don’t know if this question was asked before but: would there be a possibility to write my own comments in a waypoint or POI so that OsmAnd reads (through it’s TTS) those comments if I’m near that waypoint? Should it be a waypoint or a POI?

I would like to make my own route and use OsmAnd for spoken information (through these comments) along the way.
