Crash on loading self generated gpx file

After the last update from the PlayStore to version 3.7.2 I can't load a gpx route for navigation that I saved as gpx right before!
To reproduce just create a route an save it as gpx. Cancel navigation an start a new navigation were you try to load the just stored gpx as source and OsmAnd crashes right away....
Loading older gpx routs for navigation still works..

The same gpx track exported via bluetooth to my phone and back to the tablet works just fine ?!?! Looks like there is a difference between local saving an exporting of gpx files ??
Can anyone else confirm this?

I'm not seeing that. Created a route. Saved it. Canceled navigation. Started navigation using that GPX. Navigation started. 3.7.2 on a Pixel 3.
