Subscribe Mapbox Maps

I have been using OruxMaps Donate for a couple of years. 
Now I need the Mapbox Maps and like to subscribe them via Google Play. 
But this is canceled every three days because I cannot confirm the subscription in the app ... ???
Please Help ;-)

Sorry, I asked in the wrong place. I've been using OsmAnd for a long time when I'm cycling
