Map Source Define/Edit menu not available

From Map Source I can only Add a new map but  I cannot edit not delete.

Maybe UI has changed with respect of online help. Where I can modify / delete maps I have added?

On my copy, 'delete' is available at:

main menu -> download maps -> local tab -> three vertical dots on right

The three vertical dots open up a menu with:

Deactivate
Rename
Delete
