[iOS] Restoring map purchases - is it possible?

Since I couldn't find a way to delete particular maps without updating them first, I decided to reinstall the application itself. After doing so, I lost my European maps purchase. 
Question is, is it possible restoring previous purchases or is it another reason for hating iOS architecture?

Android also has this "great feature" to forcefully delete all app data when uninstalling and app. We can probably hate all the current phone operating systems.

The purchase is for app, not the maps. The purchase removed limit on the downloads of the maps. You should simply re download the maps.

In iOS, there is only free app, while you pay per map packs (3eur per continent).

Yes, you can restore the purchases, go to Menu > Maps & Resources > Purchases tab. The Navigation bar has an icon looking like 'Update', it restores purchases.
