Is there a way to have POI's & Favorites show up on another device when they are added to one device?

Favourites is a file (favourites.gpx). Use a file manager, copy the file to your second device in the same directory. That's all.

What do you mean with POI ? POI are the internal objects of the map, so there are in each map in each device.

I save POI's. That is why I was wondering if they can be shared between devices.

In the same boat. I'm hoping Syncthing in combination with an .stignore file might do the trick. But it's still in the bucket list for me to find out. If you get to it first,  please report back!

Found it!
Take syncthing to sync the OsmAnd/files directory. Use the following .stignore file in the files directory:

!favourites.gpx
!itinerary.gpx
*

This ignore file only syncs your favourites and the markers.

Depending on your Android version you may need to change your OsmAnd storage location. Otherwise you might not be able to select the files folder, if it's below the Android/data directory.
