I guess, almost unlimited.
But I dont't know how many favourites you can display at once.
Have you reached any limits?

Hello Max.
I got a very strange result in the creation of my data.
I created a gpx-file with the points using a different program, and read it as some category of favorites in the OsmAnd. After saving the points back to gpx-file by OsmAnd, the destination gpx-file contains fewer points than in my original file. Approximately half (3000 of 6000) of the initial number of points.
