Aerial image from TMS not correctly located

hey !
I'm trying to use this tms as a layer : https://proxy-ign.openstreetmap.fr/94GjiyqD/bdortho/{0}/{2}/{1}.jpg

I'm getting some images but they are not well located (the images are displayed randomly, they don't look geolocated). And I only get two zom level of images.

Any idea why this isn't working ?

ps : I also tried with https://proxy-ign.openstreetmap.fr/94GjiyqD/bdortho/{0}/{2}/{1}.png with the same result
