Hello,

I tried the offline navigation, and have some question. When
navigating (with car, for example) I use the offline routing, and
offline maps. There is a smaller blue triangle showing my position,
and a bigger red triangle, showing the direction of the final
destination. That is really confusing on a small display. Is that
possible to hide the red triangle? When I look at the device (phone)
that is really confusing as my eye spot first the bigger, red triangle
when driving.

Other thing is, is that a way to set destination easily? Like I choose
a destination from favorites, and it just start the navigation. Now it
is: go to favorites -> Open topic (Other) -> Choose address -> Click
on the address on the map -> Set as destination from menu -> Open menu
-> Choose “Where am I?” Probably, a dedicated “Drive to …” menu, and
choose anything from favorites would be better.
On the list of favorites, would be good to have an option to hide/show
the unused categories, and make the selectable lines bigger.

The last two (request?) should go to http://code.google.com/p/osmand/issues/list
?

best regards,
tamas

Size and colors of "where am I": Please feel free to add yout thoughts
to http://code.google.com/p/osmand/issues/detail?id=713

On the "set destination": I know of one shortcut that is already
implemented: If you long-click on any Favorite, you can directly
selecte "Set as destination", which save about half of the steps you
mention above.

On the remaining steps: If you have a concrete suggestion how to
implement, please open an enhancement issue, yes! But please keep in
mind that there are a few (necessary and optional) choices between
selecting a destination and the actual beginning of the navigation,
which all need to be accomodated somehow in a user-friendly way ...
Thanx!
