Osmand is a major app that's missing on Windowsphone, and it looks like the current port is not compiling - and perhaps abandoned?

Is this really an official Osmand build, and is it anywhere near beta quality, or is it abandoned?

Windows Mobile 10 should support Android applications. So maybe it will be possible to use it then. The lack of good applications is the reason, why only avery few people use Windows Phone. And because only a very few people use Windows Phone, only a few developers are interested to port their programs to the platform. Let's wait for the Windows support of Android applications. But based on my experience with Microsoft's products, I'm afraid it will not work correctly.

It is not usable and I think it is abandoned.
