I created an SQLite database containing offline Microsoft Maps tiles using the desktop software "Raster Maps". The database has worked great for years, but today Osmand can no longer load the tiles from this DB.
From an ADB shell I found out that the DB file was renamed from "Region.Microsoft_Earth.sqlitedb" to "Region.Microsoft_Earth.sqlitedb.back", with a ".back" suffix. If I manually rename the file to remove the ".back" suffix, the suffix is automatically added again by Osmand, and no tiles are loaded from that DB. Osmand is configured to use this DB files for background tiles, but no tiles are displayed.
From the ADB shell, this is the tiles directory:
root@android:/storage/extSdCard/Android/osmand/tiles # ls -l
