Wrong result in Osmand address search

if you search in openstreetmap.org this address: Via Enrico Golinelli, 1 Bologna Italy 

you retreive the correct result: https://www.openstreetmap.org/search?query=Via%20Enrico%20Golinelli%2C%201%20bologna%20Italy%20#map=19/44.47752/11.39666

Instead if you search for the same address on Osmand a wrong city address is returned (see attached screenshot) San Lazzaro di Savena and not the correct one Bologna.

To search on osmand this address, you must download the map Italy > Emilia Romagna

...is San Lazzaro di Savena  nearby? If so, then I observe similiar problems where I live - all of a sudden (since map update 1.12.2020) streets at borders of a city are now belonging to the nearby city. I already created a bug report on GitHub:

exactly the same bug described by you on github, San Lazzaro is nearby and all street suffer of the same wrong belonging
