Official tile map for Spain

The OSM community in Spain agreed to use the aerial images from PNOA (Plan Nacional de Ortofotografía Aérea, del CNIG-IGN) to edit OSM in Spain. So the right overlay tile maps to use in OsmAnd for Spain must be PNOA.

The parameters are:

URL: http://www.ign.es/wmts/pnoa-ma?request=GetTile&service=WMTS&VERSION=1.0.0&Layer=OI.OrthoimageCoverage&Style=default&Format=image/png&TileMatrixSet=GoogleMapsCompatible&TileMatrix={0}&TileRow={2}&TileCol={1}

Minimum zoom: 1

Maximum zoom: 20

Can you please include it in the list of available tile maps?

You should submit this to the developers at their github repository if
you wish it to be on their roadmap. This group is simply users helping
users. While a developer does sometimes drop by, this group is not the
main channel with which to get changes in front of the developers.

The issues section is the way to get changes presented to the
developers.
