Problems when starting a new route

I have an iphone 6S and my problem is when I want to start a new route and this route will be more then 50km after three or four Minutes the Calculation of the route stopps and the app closes automatically

Is there somebody who knows about this problem?

I'm getting something similar on an iPad 5 mini, except the crash is almost immediate and it happens on much shorter routes. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app and map did not help. But on an iPhone Xs, routing is fine.
