We use both Ride With GPS & Cycle Travel to create routes for touring. This weekend, with Bart's great assistance, I have discovered how to download from Cycle Travel to Osmand.
So is it possible to do the same with Ride With GPS?

Any app that generates GPX files, or files that can be converted to GPX files, will probably (but not absolutely) allow you to plan routes that can be moved to OsmAnd.

Once you get on the road, how do you plan to use the route?  One way is just to keep an eye on it as you travel.  Or, if the route actually follows streets and isn't just a rough approximation, you can navigate with the route.  If you plan to do the latter, this video might help:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMcw4kYmfPk

It's a bit more difficult than the video shows because of recent OsmAnd design changes, but the overall ideas apply.

We download our routes to our Garmin800 which is on my wife's bike. I like to have a route overview on my tablet and phone. I will use my phone for navigation when entering big cities so we both can "see" the atea. The phone use dtaes the battery down too quick to use constantly but the Gatmin is good for all day+. Plus I carry paper maps for a backup.
We will be cycling for 3 months in Europe this year so it is a nice feature to have in our handlebar bags!

Sounds like you have it covered.  Good cycling to you both.
