OSM web map

If I go to osmand website and select Map a screen opens but nothing is on it. Whats wrong

Hi! Thank you for the feedback. I suppose you are seeing just a white screen? It is probably due to a crash. Please send a screenshot or text from the Developer console. You can read how to do this at the following link: https://docs.osmand.net/docs/user/troubleshooting/web#how-to-find-crash-logs-in-web-browsers

Not sure if I am sending this to the correct address.

The problem I am having is opening the Map page on the website. A map window opens but it is a blank page.

Hello,

I have the same problem with the Firefox browser (only since last September or so). With Chrome and Edge, I get the map.

Windows 11 desktop, updated and cache and other things regularly cleaned with CCleaner.

Are you running UBlockOrigin in Firefox? I get the map on the webpage,
with Firefox (140.6.0esr 64-bit) on Linux, but only after I enable
Javascript from osmand.net within UBlockOrigin.

Thanks! I have forwarded this to the developers, and they said it should be fixed now. Please let me know if the issue is resolved for you.

Hi Gaving! Sorry for the trouble. I sent the crash log to our web team; it was related to browser local storage where OsmAnd stores settings. The bug should be fixed.
