County wide street name error

I have added some poi's to maps but I have found an entire county with renamed roads. Bing maps have made the correction but google is not correct. The change was made before 2010 so it is not a recent change. I do not know who or where I can contact OSm to make a big change like this. Any help where to go with this would be greatly appreciated.

is that a matter of Osmand or a matter of Openstreetmap?

So do you see wrong street names at osm.org or inside Osmand app with offline mapfiles? Or both?

Both. I have the latest map for Kansas USA from Osmand and have checked on osm.org and the error is the same. Thanks for your help.

someone on that list should definitely be able to telly you who did it and when it took place and whether it should be corrected.
