OsmAnd misses some setting options after reinstalltion on new phone

I have recently migrated from a Pixel 3a to 7a. I reinstalled OsmAnd on the new phone, exported my profiles on the old phone and reimported them into the new phone. I selected everything for export and import.

Surprisingly, the maps still look differently on the new phone (more details are shown) and when I attempt to fix the problem manually, the options in the settings menu to do so, do not exist. WTF? It is the same App in the same version. What am I missing?

Pixel 3a shows these options when I open "Configure Map ..." from the burger menu; please note the last two options "Details ..." and "Hide ...":

On Pixel 7a, the same menu looks like this; note that the last option is "Label Language", the options  for "Details" and "Hide" are gone:

Where are those options?!

On Pixel 3a, if I open the application settings and try to configure the UI layout, the entry for "map settings" lists 30 of 30 items:

On the Pixel 7a, the same menu shows 27 of 27 items:

IMHO, 27 of 30 items would somehow make sense. At least I could enable the missing options and then use the options to configure the map. But it seems that those items are simply gone.

What am I missing here?

I will do so. However, please note that the problem does not to seem with the file, but with the app itself. Even if I did not use a file to transfer my settings from the old to the new installation, but if I tried to set all the configuration options manually, I would not be able to do so, because the options simply seem to have disappeared from the UI and the app. Hence, I cannot even fix the problem by hand.
