Preserved railway tracks currently regarded as 'More Details'

It appears that railway lines tagged as railway=preserved (and/or railway:preserved=yes ?) are not shown unless zoomed in extremely close, or the option in the menu - Configure Map - (select map mode) - More Details is enabled.

This seems inappropriate as the track is a huge feature with stations, parking, bridges, crossings etc associated with it - which are rendered - and is typically a significant tourist attraction.

Can we get preserved rail tracks moved from the 'More Details' list to the main list of stuff to render?

Quite possibly, but in order to do so you'll have to submit your
request to the OsmAnd github issue tracker here:

This mail list is users helping users. Occasionally a developer does
drop by, but generally this list is not where nor how one should
request development changes, as none of us regulars are developers on

(and at the same time railway=razed , railway=dismantled should go in the opposite direction or maybe even not be shown at all)

Railway=razed and dismantled *should* be shown, at least on Map Style=Topo. How else can you find where they used to be in order to search for traces of them?
