Night-Time Screen Mode?

Is there a way to eliminate the  above and keep the DayTome Screen @ night? I've looked  at the Settings but cannot seem to get it to work.

Hi. It's a long path but here it is:

Configure profile - Configure map - scrol d own until header - Map rendering - Map mode => Set it here.

That's it.

Unfortunately when I go to Navigation to follow  a route it goes to a "dark nighttime " screen. 

I cannot seem to fix this.

I assume you have tried changing the setting as suggested already? At a guess, you have looked at/changed the setting for a general profile but are navigating with the car profile (or something like this). A lot of settings are profile specific and when you begin/end navigation you may find it switches profile accordingly. Try starting navigation (or switching to the profile if you know what it is) and then setting dark mode as you wish.
