Create a plugin that synchronise favorites using a web backend, possible?

Hello, I installed osmand few weeks ago and me and my friend wanted to synch our favorites (off road moto, we need to know when a road is forbiden or open only fron X montg to Y montg etc)

So I started to dev something (based on the test plugin) but it seems to me we can't make the same plugin as the osm one. 

For example, I couldn't find how to spawn a custom menu or to synchronise favorites using a firebase or supabase2 db and a restfull api.. 

Is this even possible ?

Of course, the idea of my plugin is to make it public if I could achieve what I want ^^

Hi, I moved the osmand files from android/data ti android/media (you can do it in app settings) so that it is possible to modify them. Then I'm able to sync the tracks and favorites with my google drive, I imagine that should be possibile to do that with an external database, too
