As far as I know, not possible. Any specific reason why you want to do it?

I am new to Osmand and I would like to know if it is possible to search for Google Maps POIs.

Hi, with osmand, you get data for offline usage from OpenStreetMap.org, and that includes many POIs. It can and will not query Google Maps.
Download some region's data and search for POIs.

Hope that helps,
Sebastian

but what if osmand application could receive location sharing operation from google maps application?

In details I mean:
1) open google maps application on Your phone.
2) find location You are interrested in.
3) choose "share location"
the list of applications that can get this location will appear on the screen
4) choose osmand application. it will display location on the map.
5) set it as target/add to favourites, etc....

problem is in point 4, ie. osmand is not present on this list.

best regards
