Rotation following the navigation

Hello
Recently I discovered that when OSMAnd is navigating me the icon that changes rotation of the map does not work anymore. However I change the mode to 'direction of movement' or 'compass' it does not rotate.
Is there maybe some setting that I have to change? Or is it a bug that also someone else sees that came with recent updates?
I use OsmAnd+ 3.7.4 (2020-06-09) on Android 7.1.2
