Created Routes/Tracks & different devices??

We are currently cycling across Europe and have a question. With more than one device in our possession is it possible to transfer Routes/Tracks to other devices?

Tracks can be shared one at a time via the My places > tracks menu. Press the menu to the right of any track to get the Share option.  That would allow you to email them, for example.  Routes can be converted to GPX tracks  (from the icon in the Details menu) then shared the same way.
