My route recording stops when the screen goes to sleep

The problem : My route recording stops when the screen goes to sleep.

I have a samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G with android 13 and OsmAnd 4.4.6

Any suggestion to solve this issue ?

Make sure OsmAnd is not under battery optimization.

Samsung Galaxies stop GPS connection when the screen is off and/or in battery saver mode. Very annoying and apparently no way around it.
