I need to map a particular mine where the old people take away a stone to make pots.

The stone italian name is "pietra ollare"

If I understand you and my dictionary is correct, `landuse=quarry
resource=steatite` or `resource=soapstone`.

I don't see that resource in the first few pages of taginfo. I also
don't see it on the Wiki. Since I don't see any other term that fits,
I suggest simply inventing the value, and will leave it up to others
whether `steatite` or `soapstone` would be the better value.
