I have a couple of questions.
1. Is it possible to use a Windows program to make new route?
I have laptop with Xeon 4GGh processor, which is much more powerful than my OsmAnd v.3.3.8.
Yesterday I tried to make new route and it took 42 intermediate destinations to make. Each time OsmAnd has changed the scale to show the whole route and I had to change scale back to be able to set next point... You could imagine my extreme frustration as I had to repeat it 42 times in the row :(
2. Is there any way to set waypoint using precise GPS coordinates?
I need to set new way point with specific coordinates. Is it even possible with OsmAnd?

What you want to do is make a GPX track. There are lots of Windows programs you can use (see wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Software/Desktop for a list using OSM) but also lots of websites that offer a similar service (wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Track_drawing_websites).

Most of these programs and sites will let you enter coordinates for waypoints. If you want to add points in Osmand using coordinates, go to Map Markers, More, Coordinate input.

Then when you have made your GPX file, transfer it from your laptop to your device running Osmand. Normally, when you tap on the file, your phone will give you a choice of apps to open it with, choose Island and off you go. Otherwise, see osmand.net/features/trip-planning
