Use Custom icons

Hello, I found few info in old posts but maybe now there's something new...

Is it possibile to import custom icons to use for waypoints or favorites? Or there's a way to edit the exhisting ones?

I would like to add icons with numbers on the map, like in a classic tourist city map, but I find icons with numbers only from 1 to 9. I would need to arrive at 30-40.

The icons name you can add it's difficult to read on a map because it has no a background and then doubles the size of the icon. The number should be inside the icon.

Any ideas? thanks a lot
