Online maps like Microsoft Earth/Maps/Hybrid and many other don't work anymore. I got just a white screen. Curiously "OsmAnd (online tiles)" is the only one that is still working.
I also tried to delete the map-subfolders from "/storage/emulated/0/Download/net.osmand/tiles/ and reinstall from map source menu ("install more..."). Still don't work. Osmand re-creates the subfolders, but there is no content downloaded in, when selecting these maps.

I must agree!!
I have installed a lot of online maps (Microsoft Earth/Hybrid ++Google Earth/Sat/Maps/Traffic++ ArcGis-Sat etc)
on two different mobiles:
1. Redmi Note-10
2. Nokia 2.2
Both are running Android 11 and I have selected "external storage 2" for migration and everything seemed to work fine (except speed).

They all worked before Android 11 and before update to OsmAnd 4.1.11 (fdroid).
Now some are still working, some not and different from mobile to mobile.
For example:
- Google Traffic works on Nokia 2.2, but not on Redmi Note-10.
- Google Sat works on both mobiles
- ArcGis does not work on any mobile
- and so on....

For me it is very confusing...

Got them working again:
It seems deleting the map-subfolders /storage/emulated/0/Download/net.osmand/tiles/Microsoft... and reinstall from app menu were not enough: the subfolders were recreated, but there was no .metainfo file in it. I had to delete them in osmand app "Download maps" -> LOCAL -> Microsoft Hybrid -> three dots -> Delete. Then install again

Even self added (inofficial) Google tiles worked again: Looked at "Download maps" -> LOCAL -> [Your Google map names] -> three dots -> Edit. URL was empty (.metainfo in the subdir wasn't!). Just deleted the map from the osmand menu again and recreate it with 'add'.

But in fact it is very strange. I installed a terminal emulator (e.g. termux -> termux-setup-storage) and watched the file and dir permissions (ls -la) before and after deleting+reinstalling from osmand app. Nothing changed. Very peculiar!
