Updated navigation does not show next turn anymore

Hi,

I made the mistake of updating osmand while on a road trip, and found that the element in the top left corner of the screen disappeared on me! Now I'll be on a road and won't know that a turn or exit is coming up until a few seconds before it's due. Is there a way to re-enable this feature?

Have a look on your setting in "Configue Screen".
The handling of profiles have been changed substantially, so some of your old settings may be lost and have to be set again.

That was it, I found "next turn" disabled, and turned it back on.
