How to display web map tile service in osmand

I try to display this web mapping tile service (WMTS) with Belgian topo maps via Map Source>Define/Edit but I don't manage to do so.

Can anyone help to set up the right URL? Or give the link to a web page with general instructions to do this myself? I didn't find any instruction in this discussion group, but maybe I did not search by the right keywords ...

The xml in the link above mentions the following template ""http://www.ngi.be/cartoweb/1.0.0/topo/{style}/{TileMatrixSet}/{TileMatrix}/{TileRow}/{TileCol}.png" but I don't know what to fill in between the brackets or which parameters to assign to which fields. And I suppose the coordinate reference system should be EPSG 3857?

Anyone?

Are you sure that Osmand really supports WMTS map display?

AFAIK you can only load TMS based maps into Osmand ... or did I miss something?

I forgot to mention that in the meantime I managed to display cartoweb. The following URL makes it possible: http://www.ngi.be/cartoweb/1.0.0/topo/default/3857/{0}/{2}/{1}.png
