Is the mail from John Ciribassi a spam?

A mail claiming to be from John Ciribassi a spam looks suspect.

It includes "You have been sent a file by John Ciribassi from Google Drive. To access it, please sign in to your email account."  (I dont use Google drive.  And why would he send via Osmand group?) 

Can anyone shed any light on this?

I just blocked it. I am quite sure that it is spam.

Hi,

I don't think it is spam, I am almost sure it is fishing. Don't click the link.
Unfortunately it passed Googles spam filter. We have two moderators
who do not actually moderate, but check on all the spam. This did not
came into our filters.
Maybe because the guy (or girl) used Bcc to mail to the group.

The more positive indicator was the very sketchy URL embedded in the
message. I flagged it as spam, reported it to abuse@gmail, and also
to "dwarven holdings" where the site's IP appears to be hosted.
Google gave no indication about where the message was posted *from*,
which is a frequent problem with gmail, but that's another good clue
if it's available.

Thanks folks for that feedback and agreement.  Good to know it's not just me, and that I did the right thing.
