OSMAnd+ does no longer update (stuck at v 3.3.8)

Hi today I realized that my OSMAnd+ gets no longer updated. V 3.3.8 is installed
In Google Play it only says "Installed" but no indication that the newer version is available and no way to update to V3.6.
A year ago I switched to a new tablet... and 3.3.8 is of 23. April 2019....
Any hints?
