How can I delete already downloaded maps. In Download Manager, the downloaded maps are not selectable. Only downloadable maps and parts of maps (countourline parts) a selectable and have the option to download, but not to delete.

Thanks in advance.

In download manager, long press the map you want to delete. A menu will open with the options to deactivate, rename or delete the map.

That's correct. I can see the downloaded Offline maps, the tts voices, the Hillshades, BUT not the contour line maps. So I cannot press long on a map to delete it. On all other maps it's possible.
I can only see the contour lines if I click on the link above the already downloaded maps in download manager where i can download other maps. But there, the contourline maps are not selectable.

Here too. Osmand+ 1.2beta. No way to delete contour line maps.
Of course you can use a file manager to move to the osmand map and to the srtm map and remove them manually, but you have no idea which map belongs to which country.

Guess we use different versions.
With the latest builds, it behaves like it should, also with contour line maps.
Could you please try this version:
http://download.osmand.net/latest-night-build/OsmAnd-r1.5.apk

Yes, that might be true, but the ToBe default production build downloadable from google Play should work as well, not only the latest development build.

You're quite right, you just might be curious to know if this issue is already solved for you :)

Hi,
For now it is not possible to delete srtm files in any manager. In file manager you deal with coordinate boxes, which are not comprehensive.
You can delete everything and red download what you for now or make a backup for future.

I'm very sorry, but I honestly don't understand this, do you mind to explain it a bit, please?

Will try to rephrase.
For now, if you don't latitude/longitude of the area you would like to delete/leave, it is impossible to delete specific region.

My suggestion - delete everything (or move to computer to use later) and redownload what you need.

Sorry for inconvinience,
Victor

Not that I would need this feature right now, but out of curiosity I downloaded the .apk file you mentioned. But I still don't see how to delete contour line maps. They do not appear in the offline data management screen and there is no context menu appearing in the download menu.

Where can I find the files? Path?

Thanks

Thanks for the explanation!
The SRTM files I could see (and delete) in the download manager were leftovers from an older version. They lived nicely together with the new SRTM files :)
Apparently, the update process does not do this kind of housekeeping, but allright, I guess it's tricky to automatically remove the old stuff after installing a new version.
My fault, sorry.

In the osmand/srtm folder on your SDcard
