Matrix server down / where do devs chat?

It appears that the linked matrix server on the osmand.net website is no longer available, or indeed that the server (hackland.fi) has any rooms listed anymore. Is there a new place where osmand developers are discussing things? I'd like to begin work on adding a places rating system and it'd be nice if there was a place I could ask one-off questions as I learn the codebase.

Hi! OsmAnd doesn't have official server or chat room in Matrix. But as I can see, Matrix telegram bridge is still working in this Telegram group @OsmAndMaps
