OsmAnd~ is in strict mode!

Hello,

Release 1.3 had blocking issue , because on some devices strict mode is enabled by default.

In order to avoid that situation in future, I enabled strict mode for OsmAnd~ builds. So please watch logs and post part of its, so we can eliminate all the ANR and different issues. I didn't put crash if Network issue detected, however on some devices it is enabled by default.
